Bernadette is the founder of Embody Sculpt and a skilled body sculpting practitioner with deep respect for the body's natural system. 

Her work is informed by both advanced non-invasive contouring techniques and her own personal healing journey. 

After experiencing burnout and nervous system dysregulation first hand, Bernadette became deeply passionate about treatments that support the lymphatic system, encourage regulation and allow the body to move into rest and repair... where the real change occurs. 

Today, she brings this holistic, lymphatic-first approach into every session, creating a calm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, seen and cared for. Bernadette believes that when the nervous system is supported and the body feels held, results follow naturally. 

Based in Perth, Western Australia Bernadette is known for her warm grounded presence and personalised care, offering treatments that support not only aesthetic goals but long-term wellbeing and a healthy balanced lifestyle.
