The body remembers.

A recent client visiting family in Clarkson came to Embody Sculpt in Perth while travelling from Queensland.
She had been involved in a car accident a few years ago and had continued experiencing ongoing pain and inflammation.
When the body experiences trauma, it can remain in a protective state long after the initial event. This can affect the nervous system and lymphatic system, often leading to fluid retention, inflammation, and persistent tension in the body.
The lymphatic system is responsible for moving excess fluid, toxins, and inflammation out of the tissues.
When the body stays in a state of stress, this natural drainage process can slow down.
Through Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), we gently stimulate lymph flow, support circulation, and help guide the nervous system back into a rest and repair state. This allows the body to release fluid retention and reduce inflammation naturally.
Your body isn’t working against you — sometimes it simply needs the right support to reset.
