At Embody Sculpt in Clarkson, Perth, we recently welcomed a beautiful bride-to-be who is getting married at the end of the year and wanted to experience a lymphatic drainage treatment for herself.

By the end of her treatment, she described feeling completely drained, lighter and more connected to her body.
One of her favourite parts of the treatment was the breathwork. Taking the time to slow down, breathe deeply and become present in her body transformed the experience from simply having a treatment into creating a moment for herself amongst the busyness of wedding planning.
